Description of the Fees for the 2024 International Forum on Comprehensive Utilization of Red Mud and international exchange activities
Dear Sir/Madame,
The "2024 International Forum on Comprehensive Utilization of Red Mud" is scheduled to be held in Lyon, France from October 31 to November 1, 2024. This forum aims to exchange the latest trends, technical achievements, project progress, policy standards, etc. on the comprehensive utilization of red mud in key countries and regions.
The China Non-ferrous Metals Industry Association will organize domestic universities, research institutions, and related enterprises to attend the forum in France to investigate the current situation of red mud comprehensive utilization in France and Greece, promote technical exchanges and cooperation, and learn from each other's experiences. Our company is entrusted by the organizer to undertake the organization of conference affairs and group services in the two countries. The specific contents are as follows:
Ⅰ. Drafted Agenda
October 31st: Registration;
November 1st: Attending 2024 International Forum on Comprehensive Utilization of Red Mud in Lyon, France;
November 2nd-3rd: Visiting the Commercial Office of the Chinese Consulate-General in Marseille and the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Marseille, Lyon-Marseille;
November 4th: Visiting a company of Rio-Tinto in Marseilles, France, on-site visit of bauxite residue storage and ecological restoration, communication on the technologies of comprehensive application of bauxite residue, Marseille – Athens;
November 5th: Visiting Aluminum of Greece for communication on the comprehensive application of bauxite residue;
November 6th: Visiting Hellenic International Business Association, Athens.

(1) The above expenses include hotels, meals, car service, guides, etc. (Excluding air tickets, economy class or business class air ticket fees are reimbursed according to the actual costs).
(2) In order to reduce the cost of the visiting enterprises, the air tickets and hotels need to be booked in advance. The visiting enterprises need to pay the fees when registering according to the invoice.
(3) If your trip is cancelled after September 27, 2024, the remaining amount will be returned to the original payment account after deducting the overseas booking fees (such as hotel fees, air tickets, car rental fees, etc.).
(4) The above expenses do not include the visa fee.
(5) Please remit the fee to the following account, and send the scanned copy of the remittance voucher or the screenshot of the e-banking electronic voucher and the payment receipt to cmice666@163.com.
(6) Due to the size limit of onsite visit in Greece, now we have got a maximum left vacancy of 20 people. There is no limit to the number of people for visits in France.
